Guido Nattkemper is Director of Product Management at CUPOWER, a long-established and globally recognized supplier of lighting electronics for professional applications. The company has been a trusted partner to luminaire manufacturers worldwide for many years.

After earning his degree in Physics from the University of Dortmund in 1991, Guido Nattkemper gained extensive experience in the international lighting electronics market. He played a key role in the development of the first LED components and contributed significantly to building LED expertise within leading companies in the industry.

Today, he is actively involved in several ZVEI working groups focusing on NFC parameterization, lifetime specifications of LED drivers, and the central monitoring of self-contained emergency luminaires. The ZVEI (German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association) is one of the most important industry organizations in Germany, promoting innovation, standardization, and technological progress across the electrical and lighting sectors.

With his deep technical knowledge and many years of industry experience, Guido Nattkemper continues to support and shape the advancement and standardization of lighting technologies.
