Do you want to bring technology, customer contact, and e-commerce together in one varied position? At Theben, you ensure that customers can move forward quickly, quotations and projects are well-developed, and product information online is accurate and easier to find. You liaise with customers, colleagues, and specialists and make a visible difference in support, sales, and digital product presentation.

What will you be doing? In this versatile role, you will support customers, prepare quotations, and ensure clear and attractive product information.

Your main responsibility: you ensure that customers, colleagues, and products receive optimal support—commercially, technically, and digitally.

Your duties at a glance:
You are the first point of contact for technical customer inquiries via telephone and email;
You assist users with questions about our tools and provide practical support;
You liaise with a team specialist where necessary to find the right solution;
You prepare quotations and support with commercial inquiries;
You assist with planning and project development;
You support the field sales team with substantive and organizational preparation;
You optimize product information, texts, images, and videos for online channels;
You increase the findability of our products by improving e-commerce and e-business information; You manage and update article data and commercial content;
You identify opportunities for improvement in processes and actively address them;
You provide support with order processing and other internal office tasks where necessary.
