You are the one who ensures everything is correct and runs like clockwork. As an Internal Technical Commercial Employee at Theben, you are the dedicated point of contact for customers and colleagues. With your technical background, overview, and organizational skills, you ensure that quotations and support run smoothly. What will you be doing? In this versatile role, you are the link between customers, sales, and technical staff. You support customers with technical questions, prepare quotations, and ensure that internal processes run smoothly. Additionally, you assist with product information management and handle various practical matters within the organization.

Your tasks:
Technical support and advice to customers (by phone and email);
Drafting quotations and project proposals;
Supporting the field service team;
Managing article data and online product information;
Practical support in the office, such as minor technical and ICT-related tasks;
Identifying and improving processes;
Supporting order processing during the absence of colleagues.

What are we looking for in you? You are a real organizer with technical insight and a sense of responsibility. You enjoy variety, work accurately, and get energy from customer contact and organizing things.

You have:
MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably an electrical engineering background;
Experience as a technician or technical professional and an interest in an office position;
Affinity with technology, processes, and customer contact;
A service-oriented and independent work attitude;
Basic knowledge of ICT (a plus);
Good command of Dutch; English and/or German is a plus.
