Visit Connect is an online platform that you can access on your smartphone or tablet.

With Visit Connect, you can easily collect information from visitors at your stand. By scanning the visitor’s badge with the tool, you receive all the necessary details for lead follow-up.

Visit Connect vs. the Smart Badge Reader
Visit Connect is not the same as the Smart Badge Reader. With the Smart Badge, the visitor scans the reader at your stand and later receives an email with your company information after the event. You also receive data on all visitors who scanned your reader.

With Visit Connect, you scan the visitor’s badge yourself and instantly receive their information in the online platform. Additionally, you can take useful notes and add questions.

How does it work?

From this edition of Future Lighting, Visit Connect is integrated into the news Easyfairs NL App. You will receive an email with which you can log in to this app and open Visit Connect.

  1. Download the Easyfairs NL App and log in with the login details from the email (3 weeks before the event)
  2. Open Visit Connect in the Easyfairs NL app (green button at the top)
  3. Click on ‘Add lead’ to open the camera.
  4. The scanning of visitor badges can begin!
  5. All scan data is stored on the devices and can be exported from My Easyfairs to a handy Excel document afterwards.
