Benefits for you as exhibitor
EasyGo makes your participation in InstallTech & Bouw much easier. You can manage your participation quickly and easily via the online platform MyEasyfairs. Here, you will find all the information you need before and during the event. This includes the ways we help you invite your customers and prospects to visit Future Lighting, connect your Smart Badge Readers and collect your leads.
During the event, EasyGo is the key tool that helps you collect leads, both through the Smart Badge Reader and via the Visit Connect web app.

Invite your contacts to Future Lighting
We create a successful event together. To make it as easy as possible for you to let your customers and prospects know that you are taking part in Future Lighting, we offer the unique Easyfairs Invitation Service.
You save all the time, design and printing costs that you would normally spend on invitations. On behalf of your company, we will send personalised invitation cards or emails to your contacts free of charge.
Would you prefer to send your invitations yourself? To make this as easy as possible, we have prepared your personal registration link and marketing materials for you in MyEasyfairs.
