Company details are pre-filled from My Easyfairs. You only have to prepare your planning during the event with the app, so that visitors can communicate with you in advance and plan appointments at the event.

Get the most out of your participation!
The app goes live approximately three weeks before the start of the event. At that time you will find the links to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) here.

The app allows you to connect and schedule appointments with visitors, speakers or other exhibitors. You can view the knowledge program and plan sessions in your agenda, view speaker and exhibitor information and consult the map.
The app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs NL.
After registering your stand staff, they will receive an email to create their account in the app. This welcome email contains a registration ID/badge ID. They can then create a password with which they can log in in the future.
Click on the Help? button in the app to contact us so that the email can still be sent. Or email invitation@easyfairs.com.
Under ‘App users’ you will see all users of the app. If you want to contact a visitor to the fair, for example, find this person and click on ‘Show interest’ to express your interest.
You will find all participating companies in the exhibitor list. Click on ‘Show interest’ to indicate that you are interested in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can chat with each other or schedule an appointment.
The entire program is visible in the app, under the program heading. If you want to attend a session, you can add it to the agenda by clicking on the ‘Add to agenda’ button for the session.
Under ‘Recommended for you’ you will see recommendations that are displayed specifically for you, such as visitors, stand staff, other exhibitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and your interests. You can show interest in the suggested people or companies or skip them.
